Trampoline supports artists Marlon de Azambuja, Armel Barraud, Martin Belou, Adélaïde Feriot, Jenna Kaës, Shivay La Multiple, Pier Sparta and Patrick Neu’ participation in the next edition of h3h biennale, Oosterhout, Netherlands.
This fourth edition of h3h biennale, titled A Deeper Shade of Soul, weave together three lines : inspiration and finding meaning, monastic life, and the rich history of the three religious communities.
With works of art that engage with these topics and link them to contemporary social themes, the exhibition draws a connection between monastic life and the outside world and touches on the deeper dimensions of life. Twenty artists participate either with pre-existing work, or work that has been be newly created for a specific site.
Given the history and DNA of the convents and monasteries, the accent is on artists from France and artists with a migrant and/or international background, as well as artists who work in traditional crafts. Works of art are displayed along a footpath guiding visitors around the grounds of three active convents and monasteries.
