Sharing culture with everyone so we all open up to one another is to break down the walls that separate us. This is the ideal that drives Art Explora, a foundation created in 2019 by French entrepreneur and great patron of culture Frédéric Jousset. Art Explora engages with public and private stakeholders to support creation and its circulation in society at large. From the Art Explora Prize, which supports innovative actions carried out by cultural institutions, to artist residencies at the Cité internationale des arts of Montmartre, the Foundation aims is to reaffirm the central role of artists in addressing major contemporary issues and mutations.
