The Fondation Groupe EDF is committed to serving public interest, with a single vocation : to build a fairer and more humane society. The EDF Foundation Space is open to everyone. With its cultural programming, the Foundation also aims to shape the citizens of tomorrow, by developing exhibitions that articulate artistic – to understand responsibly and work towards desirable horizons – and educational approaches : conferences, debates and school workshops. Since 1990, more than 1 million visitors have been welcomed in this former electrical substation built in 1910 by the architect Paul Friesé.
