Founded in 1999 to support the French contemporary art scene, the Fondation Pernod Ricard, directed by Antonia Scintilla since 2023, develops a programme rooted in the conviction that art is a powerful force for empowerment and dialogue. Each year, the Fondation presents four exhibitions, a regular programme of talks and events, research residencies, and numerous partnerships with art schools, publishing houses and cultural institutions, all free of charge and open to everyone.
Through its activities in France and internationally, the Fondation supports artists, curators and authors while fostering the circulation of ideas and experimentation. In 2025, following the 25th edition of its Prize, the Fondation launched the Nouveau Programme, a long-term, tailored model of support that moves beyond competitive frameworks.
