Fonds Hélène & Édouard Leclerc pour la Culture*

Back

Established in the old convent of the Capuchins in Landerneau, the FHEL has welcomed more than 1 million visitors since its opening in 2012. Foremost of the cultural institutions in French Grand Ouest, it is today an essential place to visit for art lovers as well as for a public increasingly varied and numerous, of all ages and backgrounds.
Created in autumn 2011, the FHEL is an endowment fund (under the Lagarde law) led by a board of directors under the presidency of Michel-Édouard Leclerc. At the initiative of several members of the Leclerc family, adherents and ex-adherents of the Mouvement E. Leclerc, joined today by others, this fund is entirely financed by private patronage.
